21:29 Yes the Cadillac Escalade can tow and pull some weight up the ramp as long as it's an all wheel drive. I have a 2008 EXT with 6.2 and all wheel drive and it pulls my 350 Marlin SF (12,000 lbs including the trailer) up a steep ramp like nothing. However I would still be a little nervous with that big ass Sea Ray.
